Annual Site Review 

The purpose of this Annual Review is to ensure that our Commitments as a Service Provider are being actioned and to ensure that the Legionella Control Measures are working. This is an essential requirement of our membership of the Legionella Control Association (LCA). 
DISTRIBUTION OF THE CODE 
ALLOCATION OF RESPONSIBILITES 
We recommend that Clients keep the following documents for a period of at least 5 years for Legionella Control Compliance: 
 
• Risk Assessments 
• Any Remedial Works completed 
• Training records 
• Sampling certificates 
• All Temperature Log sheets and Service Visit Reports 
• Responsible Persons 
• Management Plan 
 
We (GES) keep copies of all completed works carried out on behalf of the Client by ourselves for a period of 5 years. This includes: 
 
• Risk Assessments 
• Any Remedial Works completed 
• Training records 
• Sampling certificates 
• All Temperature Log sheets and Service Visit Reports 
• Certificates of Completed Works 
• Method Statements/Risk Assessments 
 
If a Client uses our on-line logbook system, all information stored will be available for as long as GES are trading. 
TRAINING & COMPETENCE 
The GES Operations Director must be informed immediately of any GES training/competency issues. 
CONTROL MEASURES 
It must satisfy, as a minimum, the LCA Standards for Service Delivery 
(procedure or instruction) 
COMMUNICATION & MANAGEMENT 
e.g. response to problems; quality of advice; communication of results within an acceptable timeframe 
GES Ltd has reviewed their Commitments as a Service Provider and the Commitments of the Site (see Allocation of Responsibility document WD42). GES Water Account Manager will review this and sign to confirm the above and return a copy.

It is important to note that you, as the client, are responsible to keep all documents for at least 5 years for Legionella Control Compliance.
