Legionella Risk Assessor (UKAS) Location – Birmingham, West Midlands. 
 
You must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working on customer sites. 
 
You will have a very good understanding of current legislation and guidance outlined in the Approved code of Practice L8 4th edition, HSG274, as well as the Health and Safety at work Act 1974 and COSHH regulations 2002. 
 
Crucially, you will be able to demonstrate a high degree of organisation, time management and working to strict deadlines. Due to the nature of this technical role, you will have a good level of education and a thorough understanding of domestic and commercial water systems. 
 
A plumbing background would be advantageous, along with good communication skills and a professional appearance. You will have City & Guilds accreditation in Legionella Risk Assessing or equivalent. 
 
This role is predominantly field based and may from time to time require you to work away as and when the business requires.
