The Importance of Accreditations & Memberships
Posted on 24th March 2022
Our accreditations and memberships mean a lot to us, and we work incredibly hard to achieve and maintain them. Being accredited and having memberships with certain organisations means that our business has regular assessments and testing to ensure that we meet specific standards, and the rules are very strict.
GES Water’s accreditations demonstrate not only that our procedures and methods comply with UK and European standards, but also that we are fully committed to achieving, and adhering to, industry-recognised standards in areas such as health & safety, quality, environmental protection, training & qualifications, and so on.
As an accredited company we reap the benefits of being kept up to date on industry standards, emerging technologies, legislation, and many more key areas.
Below is a growing list of our current memberships and accreditations:
Legionella Control Association (LCA)
The LCA provides a voluntary Code of Conduct for Service Providers involved in the supply of goods and services relating to the control of Legionella bacteria in water systems.

This is the sole national accreditation body recognised by the British government to assess the competence of organisations that provide certification, testing, inspection and calibration services.
