24/06/10 Support The GES Runners!!!

Good luck to our heroic(!!) Thame 10k runners this Sunday the 26th of June.

After a rigorous training and selection process the final 'squad' for GES has been picked and is as follows:-

Mark "Seb Coe" David

Mags "Zola Budd" Gibson

Ian "Beaker" Bryenton

With expected track temperatures of over 40oC (ish) it will be an exhausting challenge.

Mike O'Brien Team Psychologist has been working extensively with the guys and expects top performances from all our team.

"Mostly my technique with the team has been visualisation and by reciting poetry it has been most effective, and I hope they dont take too long as the football is at 3!"

The team are running for our chosen charity the Cystic Fibrosis Trust and its not too late to donate..
