04/03/10 Legionella Risk in Potting Compost

Health experts have called for better labelling on products following 3 cases of Legionella longbeachae disease in Scotland. It is suspected that the dissease was contracted through inhalation of aerosol form the compost.

They are the first cases of Legionnaire's disease linked to gardening in the UK.
