13/08/09 5 people contract Legionnaires Disease in Kent

5 people in Kent have contracted legionnaires disease bringing the total up to 5 people, 3 people died last week, 2 elderley women at Ashford's William Harvey Hospital and a Dover man at the Kent and Canterbury Hospital in Canterbury. The illness can affect people of all ages but mostly affects those aged over 50 and men more than women.
