The Remedial Estimator would join the Sales team to provide support for Consultants in providing remedial quotations following the Legionella Risk Assessment and to review job sheet/visit reports from PPM tasks and action where remedial works are required. Their job would be to liaise with the Consultants and communicate with the client and build initial relationships to understand their budgets vs their requirements.
The Remedial Estimator key responsibilities will be:
• Structure their work around the Consultants and ensure all Risk Assessments are reported to the client and they are made aware of the necessary works required to ensure their systems are bought up to a safe standard and are compliant.
• They will be responsible for arranging site surveys (nationwide), liaise with the Compliance department and ensuring a transparent compliance trail is created from start to finish.
• Risk Assessments to be updated and recorded where applicable.
• Keep a detailed forecast of projects. Liaise with the Operations Director/Operations Manager to ensure sufficient labour and parts are in place.
• Keep stock of parts and provide stock levels to the Operations Director/Operations Manager
• Reviewing the Engineer’s job sheets/visit reports, and develop those into quotes ready for submittal to our client’s.
• Obtaining prices and quotes from suppliers or internal departments to prepare quotes.
• Follow up on the status and progress of the quote with the customers.
• Ensuring all quotes are processed within our JobWatch system.
• Supporting the sales processes of the account managers and new business developers.
• Ensure Compliance in line with HSG274, British Standards, Water regulations.

Knowledge, skills and qualifications required:
• Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent).
• Valid UK Driving License
• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to follow procedures and instructions;
• Use of a CRM system
• Excellent customer service and teamwork.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Commercially aware.
• 2 years + experience within the Water Hygiene/Treatment Industry (desirable)

We are seeking a Water Treatment Operative to work for this well-established water management solutions company based in Aylesbury. Visiting customer sites around the South and South West of England. The tasks will be to implement and supervise work instructions in accordance with method statements and good working practices. Carry out work on customer sites in accordance with method statements and work instructions.
Visit customer sites to carry out cooling tower cleans, temperature monitoring, shower descales, disinfection of systems
Work in a safe and conscientious manner
Work alone where required
Carry out work instructions accurately
Full training will be provided

We are seeking a Water Treatment Operative/Plumber to work for this well-established water management solutions company based in Aylesbury, Bucks. Visiting customer sites within Aylesbury, Milton Keynes, Bicester, Hemel Hempstead & High Wycombe. The tasks will be to implement work instructions in accordance with method statements and good working practices. This is a full time and permanent role.
Visit customer sites to carry out plumbing tasks, cooling tower cleans, temperature monitoring, shower descales, disinfection of systems, water sampling
Work in a safe and conscientious manner
Work alone where required
Carry out work instructions accurately

Abide by terms and conditions of employment
